Health is wealth! and being a fitter, healthier you shouldn’t be a punishment. Diamond fitness is a women's only facility that provides group classes and Personal Training sessions for women throughout every phase of life, because we KNOW the journey can be challenging. From getting you ready for your wedding to keeping you strong though pregnancy or helping you after an injury/surgery. ALL of our trainers are level 3 qualified and we have specialist trainers in Pre and Postnatal AND rehabilitation and Nutrition.
We keep our classes small and members only to ensure we really help you meet your goals.

Jen has been my PT for the last 4 months. I contacted Jen for help, at 47 years old I wasn't exercising and this was affecting my mobility. The difference I have experienced is incredible in terms of my fitness, stamina, muscle tone and confidence.
